Strictly no smoking and no pets.

No groups of young adults under 23 permitted .

We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only.

On public holidays there is no maid service / AL – 52469. Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. This pool doesn’t have a pool cover which will affect maintaining the heat in the pool, especially if the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water and it will be only stay a few degrees above the outside temperature. This service is provided between April and October, however, if the weather (temperatures) is not adequate to provide this service it may be declined.

The Refundable Damages Deposit for this property is returned between 2 – 3 weeks after your return home, should no damage be reported by the property supplier. Any reported Damages are deducted accordingly.

This villa doesn’t have parasols around the pool area.

The villas are given a thorough maid service prior to your arrival. During your stay, if you are scheduled to have a maid service, generally, their duties are to wipe down the kitchens and bathrooms, plus sweep/vacuum the floors. They are not able to do washing up, loading/unloading the dishwasher, laundry, ironing, or requests. So they can do their job efficiently please ensure surfaces are clear. If a towel change is scheduled, this only means the bath and hand towels and not pool towels if provided.

Extra maid service is sometimes available for an extra fee.

The local council charges a mandatory tourist tax in this location as follows:

5 night stay 01 March to 31 October = €7.50 per person 13 years old and over

6 night stay 01 March to 31 October = €9 per person 13 years old and over

7 night stay or more 01 March to 31 October = €10.50 per person 13 years old and over

There is no charge between 01 November and 31 March.

Tourist tax payment is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 10 weeks: Loss of Deposit.

Less than 10 weeks: No refund.
