The Interior:
The kitchen is modern and is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances for your stay. Also has an island with lots of storage space and bar stools.
The dining room has a large table and chairs for 8 people, direct access to the outside terraces, and also the laundry room.
The lounge is just next to the dining area (an open-plan area) and offers a welcoming feel. The sofas and armchairs can seat 8 people, plus there is a large flat-screen TV, DVD, stereo bar system, and Wi-Fi. There is also a large sliding door that provides direct access to the terrace, BBQ area, garden, pool, and magnificent views.

Strictly no smoking and no pets.
No groups of young adults under 23 permitted.
We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only.
On public holidays there is no maid service.

Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. This pool doesn’t have a pool cover which will affect maintaining the heat in the pool, especially if the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water and it will be only stay a few degrees above the outside temperature. This service is provided between April and October, however, if the weather (temperatures) is not adequate to provide this service it may be declined.
The Refundable Damages Deposit for this property is returned between 2 – 3 weeks after your return home, should no damage be reported by the property supplier. Any reported Damages are deducted accordingly.
From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 14 days before arrival along with the refundable damages deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Up to 10 weeks: Loss of Deposit.
Less than 10 weeks: No refund.
