On the Ground floor, the entrance leads to the spacious lounge with plenty of comfortable seating and a dining area. There is also a separate TV room with a large TV with satellite channels and a DVD player. Sliding doors lead from the lounge to a balcony with a staircase down through the terraced garden to the pool.

The villa has a well-equipped kitchen with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, and microwave. Also, on this floor is bedroom number 1, the master twin bedroom (which can be made as a double on request) with an ensuite bathroom that has a separate shower.

The remaining 3 bedrooms are all twins and down a staircase. Bedroom two has an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and an interconnecting single bed (suitable for children). Bedroom three has an en-suite shower room and bedroom four has an adjacent bathroom. All the bedrooms on this lower level have doors to the terrace leading down to the pool (gated area). There is a fifth single-bedded annex that can accommodate a 9th guest.

The Exterior:

The terrace has a built-in BBQ with a dining area and from here passing by the flight of stairs you will reach the swimming pool (approx. 10 x 5 metres). There is a child-friendly fence that separates the swimming area from the rest of the garden and villa. The pool can also be heated (for an extra charge). A great outdoor area for spending some quality relaxing time.

The Location:

Within a 10 to 15-minute walk, you can be at the beach and The Praça where you will find some of the best restaurants in the area, including Sandbanks, Monty’s, and Amore. There are some fantastic bars here too and evening entertainment throughout the summer. A prime Vale do Lobo location with the beach, restaurants, and entertainment on your doorstep, this is a fabulous location.
