The Interior:
Set over 2 levels, the ground floor has a beautiful classically furnished lounge with soft neutral furnishings. There is a lovely spacious fully fitted kitchen too and a dining area that leads out to the poolside terrace. By the kitchen is a laundry room and a WC. Also, on this floor are 2 ensuite bedrooms, one twin and one double. The twin bedroom can be converted to a double on request.

No groups of young adults under 25 permitted.

Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. If the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder this may mean the pool heating won’t be as effective. In any case, we advise the use of the pool cover to help maximize the heat retention when the pool isn’t being used. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water.
From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 14 days before arrival along with the refundable damages deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Within 56 days – loss of deposit.
Within 56 – 29 days – 75% retained.
Within 28 days – no refund.
