Villa Sky holiday rental is a beautiful 4-bedroom villa is located in the very private and peaceful development of Quinta Verde, Quinta do Lago. Quinta Verde is just a 15-minute walk to Quinta Shopping and has a gym onsite and 24-hour security.

The Interior:

On the ground floor, the property consists of a large and classically furnished lounge, a TV room, a dining area, and a WC. There is also a spacious and modern well-equipped kitchen and a utility room. Also, on this floor are 2 of the 4 bedrooms. Both are ensuite, one is a double and the other is a twin room.

The 1st floor is home to the remaining 2 bedrooms. There is an ensuite master bedroom and an ensuite twin room too.

The Exterior:

The outside area has lovely, manicured lawns and mature gardens. The pool is a great size at approx. 9 x 5 metres and surrounded by sun loungers, a lounge area, a BBQ, and a dining table. The pool can also be heated for an extra charge.

Facilities:

The resort has a fully equipped Gym with specialized professionals who can provide you with Personal Training services, which will help you improve your health and give you a better quality of life.

The SPA Boutique has an extensive variety of massages, and facial and body treatments that will allow you to forget the stress of everyday life and enjoy a moment of peace and serenity.

The Location:

Villa Sky holiday rental in Quinta Verde is only a 15-minute walk to Quinta shopping where you will find some lovely boutiques, restaurants, and Bars. Popular restaurants/bars at Quinta Shopping include the Cheeky Pup and The Melting Pot. Vale do Lobo Beach and the Praça are also within a short drive too. The Praça is where you will find some of the best restaurants in the area, including Sandbanks, Monty’s, and Amore. There are some fantastic bars here too and evening entertainment throughout the summer. With the beach, restaurants, and entertainment on your doorstep, this is a fabulous location.

Within a few minutes drive you can be at Quinta do Lago beach and lots of restaurants, bars, activities, and amenities to choose from.

Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets / No groups of young adults under 25 permitted / Please note that we do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only / On public holidays there is no maid service / AL – 19399 /

Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. If the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder this may mean the pool heating won’t be as effective. In any case, we advise the use of the pool cover to help maximize the heat retention when the pool isn’t being used. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment for your holiday.

Cancellation Policy
