The Interior:
Designed in a contemporary and modern style. On one level the villa comprises of a spacious lounge with a fireplace and tall ceiling allowing for lots of natural light. Down some steps lead you to the gorgeous open-plan dining area with a fully fitted bright kitchen. There are large floor-to-ceiling doors leading out to the outside terrace and pool area. There are 2 ensuite bedrooms and a family bathroom with a whirlpool bath that accommodates the other 2 bedrooms.

Booking Conditions
Property Rules
Strictly no smoking and no pets / No groups of young adults under 25 permitted / We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout, and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only / On public holidays there is no maid service / AL – 99208.
The owner keeps his car at the property, however, there is room for another vehicle and also plenty of street parking.
Tourist Tax:
From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 12 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment for your holiday.
Cancellation Policy
Up to 12 weeks: Loss of deposit / Less than 12 weeks: No refund.
