Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets / No groups of young adults under 23 are permitted and the lead person booking staying at the villa must be over 23 / We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only / On public holidays there is no maid service / Maid service is provided for stays of 7 nights or more / AL – 74512 /

Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. If the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder this may mean the pool heating won’t be as effective. In any case, we advise the use of the pool cover to help maximize the heat retention when the pool isn’t being used. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks along with the balance.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation up to 10 weeks before arrival: Loss of deposit / Cancellation less than 10 weeks to arrival: No refund.
