The Interior:

Set on two levels each room is stylish and furnished to a high standard. The entry level consists of a large open-plan area. Here is a spacious hallway leading to a beautiful lounge and dining area with access to the poolside terrace. There is a modern and fully equipped kitchen on this level too which also has poolside access.

Downstairs there is another living area that has access to the garage, the sauna, gym equipment, and a large walk-in shower.
Down a few more steps and we have the bedrooms which have large double patio doors. The master suite is on the end and boasts a central double bed, a walk-in closet, and a fabulous fully equipped bathroom with double sinks and large glass windows boasting a sea view.

The Villa has UK TV channels, BBQ, a Sonos system, a sauna, and gym equipment. All bedrooms have shower ensuites plus TVs. The Villa also has 2 dryers and 2 washing machines plus an extra fridge.

The Exterior:

Outside there is a fabulous terrace, surrounded by landscaped gardens, with a covered dining area that is ideal for alfresco dining. There is a gorgeous infinity pool that is surrounded by sun loungers available for those wishing to soak up the sun!

A fantastic feature of the property is the roof-top two-level terraces. Here there is a lounge area with a feature fire pit and the best views across to the ocean.

Location:

Villa Capella is within a few minutes walk you can be at the Praça & the beach where you will find some of the best restaurants in the area, including Sandbanks, Monty’s, and Amore. There are some fantastic bars here too and evening entertainment throughout the summer. With the beach, restaurants, and entertainment on your doorstep, this is a fabulous location.
