The first floor has an open space design featuring a modern state-of-the-art and fully equipped kitchen. Also, on this level is a contemporary lounge, evoking beachside living. There is also a dining area that is an inviting place for a morning coffee or a leisurely dinner. The ensuite Master bedroom is also on this floor with breathtaking sea views, a steam bath, a shower room, and a stand-alone bath.
You will enjoy the east and westward-facing terraces with fabulous views of the coastline of Salema Beach, with the picturesque view of the village and the fishing boats below.

On the lower floor is the remaining bedroom with a king -size bed and an ensuite shower room.

The Exterior:

This beach front villa has a fabulous rooftop terrace with a private infinity pool overlooking the coastline. The villa also has beautiful terraces overlooking the ocean and cliffside landscaped gardens. A fabulous location for stunning sea views with a fully furnished terrace and parasols, allowing for outdoor living and entertaining.

The Location:

Known for its beautiful unspoiled beaches. Salema is a must for those of you who are beach lovers and wish to get away from it all. The sandy beach is gently sloping, ideal for swimming, and safe for children. There is a service of a lifeguard in the summer months. The seawater quality is excellent.

There are a couple of bars and restaurants in Salema, a handful of gift shops and some convenience stores. The city of Lagos to the east and Sagres to the West are just 15 km away. The west coast of the Algarve can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. There you can find sandy beaches stretching down the cliffs for miles. If you want to do more than just lie on the beach there are golf, tennis courts, spas, horseback riding, boats, and places to walk all within a few miles. From the beach cliffs, there are also great launching points for practicing paragliding.

About 300m beneath the waters of Salema Beach you can also visit the French warship L'Ocean, sunk during the Seven Years' War.
