A fabulous 4-bedroom villa located in a very sought-after spot in Quinta do Lago. The villa is just off the 2nd roundabout and close to Quinta shopping and the Quinta do Lago Lake.

The Interior:

This lovely 4-bedroom property has charm and is furnished in a beautiful traditional way. Set over 3 levels the ground floor is spacious and elegant. You will find a spacious lounge with a dining area that leads onto the terrace. Also, on this level is a large fully fitted kitchen, a TV room with a snooker table, WC, and 2 ensuite bedrooms.

The first floor is home to the ensuite Master bedroom and a further ensuite double bedroom.

On the lower level is the laundry area along with another fridge in addition to the one in the kitchen.

The Exterior:

The property has a lovely private pool (which can be heated for an extra charge) which is approx. 9 x 5 metres. Surrounded by beautiful mature gardens that backs onto the Formosa golf course creates the perfect environment for ambiance and tranquillity. Around the pool on the terrace are sun loungers and there is also a covered dining area with a BBQ. A great setting for a sunny afternoon BBQ.

Just minutes up the road by roundabout 2 is the Pure Cafe offering deliciously healthy breakfasts and lunches as well as fresh juices. Also here is the Motivate Quinta gym, and the Philipe Stabile hairdressing salon with hair and beauty treatments available.

Within a 20-minute’ walk is the very highly regarded and state-of-the-art sports centre ‘The Campus’ which is enjoyed by athletes and sports enthusiasts of all ages and abilities. Sports include tennis, gym, Padel, swimming, cycling, exercise classes, and personal training. Please ask the team for more information.

You are also close to Quinta shopping, just a 20-minute walk away. Here you will find some lovely boutiques, restaurants, and Bars.

You are also a short drive (or 30-minute walk) to the lake/water sports centre where you will also find popular spots including The Shack and Casa do Lago.

Catering for water sports enthusiasts of all ages, there is a fabulous choice of both lake and beach activities. Windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking, and rowing are available on the lake, as well as sailing and water skiing. Other sports from the beachside area of the lake include the Aquapark, parasailing, and jet skiing, or if you want something more relaxing why not try out a pedalo boat? Booking Conditions

Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets / No groups of young adults under 25 permitted / On public holidays there is no maid service / Maid service is provided for stays of 7 nights or more / AL – 50620 /

Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. If the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder this may mean the pool heating won’t be as effective. In any case, we advise the use of the pool cover to help maximize heat retention when the pool isn’t being used. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 14 days before arrival along with the refundable damages deposit.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation 16 weeks or more before arrival, the deposit is refundable. If cancellation is less than 16 weeks prior to arrival no refund of the deposit is payable. If cancellation is less than 8 weeks prior to arrival no refund of full payment is payable.
