Villa Melissa is a spacious 5-bedroom luxury villa, located in a quiet location in the heart of Quinta do Lago. A traditional property, that can accommodate up to 10 guests and is also set on a large plot with beautifully maintained gardens.

The Interior:

The villa is set over 3 floors and has 5 bedrooms that are also all ensuites. On the ground floor, there is a large farmhouse style kitchen and a spacious open-plan lounge / dining area, which also have access to the poolside terrace and gardens. Also on this floor, you will find 1 double ensuite bedrooms, and 2 twin bedrooms that share a bathroom. The ensuite has a baths with showers too.

On the first floor, you will find the remaining two ensuite bedrooms. The spacious ensuite master bedroom and also a twin ensuite bedroom. These ensuites also have a bath with shower.

The lower floor comprises a large space including a treadmill, table tennis, pool table, WC, and a utility room.

The Exterior:

The magnificent garden is set beside a large swimming pool and is perfect for you to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine in peace. The pool is south facing and is surrounded by terrace with plenty of sun loungers. There is also a wooden deck with a lounge area, a BBQ area with a dining table too.

The Location:

Villa Melissa in Quinta do Lago is within a 20-minute' walk is the very highly regarded and state-of-the-art sports centre ‘The Campus’. The Campus is enjoyed by athletes and sports enthusiasts of all ages and abilities. Sports include tennis, gym, Padel, swimming, cycling, exercise classes, and personal training. Also, within a 20-minute walk is Quinta shopping. Here you will find some lovely boutiques, restaurants, and Bars.

You are also a short drive (or 30-minute walk) to the lake/water sports centre where you will also find popular spots including The Shack and Casa do Lago.

Catering for water sports enthusiasts of all ages, there is a fabulous choice of both lake and beach activities. Windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking, and rowing are available on the lake, as well as sailing and water skiing. Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets.

No groups of young adults under 25 permitted.

On public holidays there is no maid service. We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout, and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment for your holiday.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made more than 70 days prior to departure, only the deposit will be retained.

Between 56 – 69 days prior to departure, 50% of your holiday cost will be retained.

Between 48 – 55 days prior to your departure, 75% of your holiday cost will be retained.

Between 15 – 47 days prior to departure, 95% of your holiday cost will be retained.

Between 0 – 14 days prior to departure, 100% of your holiday cost is forfeited.
