The first floor is where you will find the master ensuite complete with bathroom, dressing room and a large terrace. On this floor you will also find an office, and 2 ensuite twin bedrooms. One of these bedrooms benefits from a large south facing terrace. Note twin beds can be made as doubles and Doubles can be made up as twins

The lower floor has a naturally lit gym with sauna & steam room & shower, TV / games room (table tennis), cinema room, large garage, WC and a utility room.

The Exterior:

There is a stunning roof terrace that boasts great lake and sea views, a bar, lounge area with gas fire, a dining area and also lift access.

The pool has a electric cover and the terrace area has plenty of sun loungers offering great sunbathing spaces. There are two distinct dining areas, two distinct lounging areas, a covered BBQ area with counter seating. At the end of the garden there is also a Padel court. To the side of the villa there is a pleasant putting green.

The Location:

Villa Alexis in Quinta do Lago’s Parque Atlântico. Only 15-minute walk from the villa is the Quinta do Lago bridge leading to the beach. Across the bridge is the fabulous Gigi’s beachside restaurant. By this bridge you can access the Boardwalk which goes from Quinta do Lago to Vale do Lobo, along the sand dunes and passing some very popular restaurants whilst taking in the beautiful scenery. Restaurants you will come across include The Shack, Casa do Lago, Gigi’s, 2 Passos, The Bold Octopus, and Julias to name a few.  Read more about the boardwalk HERE.

Also, you are just a 20-minute walk away from popular spots such as Bovino, Casa do Lago, and The Shack at the Lake.

Catering for water sports enthusiasts of all ages, there is a fabulous choice of both lake and beach activities. Windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking, and rowing are available on the lake, as well as sailing and water skiing. Other sports from the beachside area of the lake include the Aquapark, parasailing, and jet skiing, or if you want something more relaxing why not try out a pedalo boat?
