Villa Nina in Vale do Lobo is a welcoming five-bedroom holiday rental villa with golf and sea views. A southwest aspect this is a fabulous property in a quiet location. But also close to amenities, the beach, and also restaurants in the resort.

The Interior:

Set over 3 floors, the ground floor comprises of a welcoming entrance hall, that leads to an open plan lounge and dining area that opens up onto the poolside terrace and garden. There is also a well equipped kitchen with a laundry room. Also, on the ground floor are 2 bedrooms that share a bathroom. Both these bedrooms are double rooms.

The first floor comprises of 2 further double bedrooms, both of which are ensuite and have a balcony overlooking the pool, garden, golf course and super sea views.

The lower floor is where you will find the 5^th bedroom, a twin with a shower room and a guest WC.

The Exterior:

Outside is a beautiful, landscaped garden. The poolside terrace has plenty of sunbathing space, a lounge area, and a dining area with a BBQ. A fabulous setting for dining in the summer evenings.

2026 prices

The prices for 2026 have been discounted due to building works opposite the property. NB current portugal laws state no building works permitted during July & August.

Location:

Villa Nina in Vale do Lobo is within a few minutes drive or 30 30-minute walk you can be at the beach and The Praça where you will find some of the best restaurants in the area, including Sandbanks, Monty’s, and Amore. There are some fantastic bars here too and evening entertainment throughout the summer. With the beach, restaurants, and entertainment on your doorstep, this is a fabulous location.

Booking Conditions

Property Rules

No groups of young adults under 25 permitted.

The villa aren’t suitable for children 3 years and under. If you do have children within the group, please take caution on all staircases and supervise.

We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only.

On Public holidays there is no maid service.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 14 days before arrival along with the refundable damages deposit.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made more than 70 days prior to departure loss of deposit.

69 – 42 days – 50% loss of all payments made.

Less than 6 weeks – 100% loss of all payments made.
