THE INTERIOR:

The ground floor is comprised of the entrance hall a WC, a large lounge/dining area and a large, spacious kitchen. The living area is sleek and modern with an open plan style featuring a sitting area with large TV, a dining table for 10, and a well-equipped kitchen that has a large island.  Also, on this floor are 3 double ensuite bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have stairs up to a private snug room. The other bedroom is the large ensuite master room. A unique spiral staircase that leads to the other floors.

The remaining bedrooms are located on the lower floor, both are ensuite twin rooms that also have their private terrace. Also, on the lower floor, there is a TV area and sitting area, Gym equipment, a Sauna and Turkish bath, a utility room, and a garage.

The villa is also equipped with an elevator spanning all levels.

THE EXTERIOR:

The roof terrace features spectacular views, sea views, and golf views! Here is the inviting pool with plenty of sun loungers for everyone. There is a lovely outdoor dining area, a kitchen space with a BBQ, a lounge area, and a shower room.

Please note that the memberships run from January to the end of December. Renewal is at the discretion of the owner and even if you have booked the villa for the subsequent year, we cannot guarantee the villa will still be a resort member. Membership renewals are updated by the end of January.

LOCATION:

Villa Melody luxury villa is a short stroll to the ‘Praça’ where you will find some of the best restaurants in the area, including Sandbanks, Monty’s, and Amore. There are some fantastic bars here too and evening entertainment throughout the summer, with the beach, restaurants, and also entertainment on your doorstep. All in all, this is a fabulous location.
