Villa Amber is a fabulous 5-bedroom luxury holiday rental villa with a large pool. Which is located in a peaceful and central location, just off the 4th roundabout in Quinta do Lago. The villa is set over 3 levels and has fabulous outdoor facilities with a large pool, a beautiful cascading pond, gorgeous, landscaped gardens, a pergola, a lounge area, and an outdoor dining area.
The Interior:
On the ground floor, there is a large fully equipped kitchen with a utility room, a lounge with a fireplace, a TV room, a WC, a dining room, and 2 twin bedrooms with ensuite. There are a further 2 ensuite bedrooms on the first floor and another ensuite bedroom which is on the lower level. Also on the lower level is a games area with a TV, and a pool table.

Strictly no smoking and no pets.
No groups of young adults under 25 permitted.
We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only.
On public holidays there is no maid service.

Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. If the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder this may mean the pool heating won’t be as effective. In any case, we advise the use of the pool cover to help maximize the heat retention when the pool isn’t being used. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water.
From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment for your holiday.
Cancellation Policy
More than 30 days’ notice – Deposit Only.
30 – 16 days’ notice – 50% of total rental cost.
15 – 8 days’ notice – 70% of total rental cost.
7 – 1 days’ notice – 100% of total rental cost.
