The first floor comprises the spacious ensuite master bedroom that has a walk-in wardrobe and a private terrace with sea views. Also, on this floor are two further ensuite bedrooms, both with a private south-facing terrace with fabulous sea views. All twin bedrooms can be made as doubles.

The lower floor is home to the fifth bedroom. On this level, there is also a bathroom,TV area, a games area (with table tennis and pool table). Plus a feature underwater window to the pool.

The Exterior:

The poolside terrace is surrounded by manicured lawns and beautiful plants. On the terrace, there is plenty of space for sun bathing, a covered lounge area, a BBQ area with worktops, and a dining table.

The roof terrace has a beautiful covered sitting area for taking in the sunset & panoramic ocean views. The villa also has a tennis court.

The Location:

Within a few minutes’ walk you can be at the beach and ‘Julias’ beach and here are some fantastic beachside restaurants and bars. Also, just a 15-minute walk away is ‘the very well-known ‘Marias’ beachside restaurant. The Villa is also close to the Boardwalk which goes from Quinta do Lago to Vale do Lobo, along the sand dunes and passing some very popular restaurants whilst taking in the beautiful scenery. You can access the boardwalk at Julia’s Beach (Praia do Garrão Nascente) and along the route, the restaurants you will come across include The Shack, Casa do Lago, Gigi’s, 2 Passos, The Bold Octopus, and Julias to name a few.  Read more about the boardwalk HERE.

A 20–25-minute walk along the beach will take you to The Praça, where you will find more of the best restaurants in the area, including Sandbanks, Monty’s, and Amore. There are some fantastic bars here too and there is evening entertainment through the summer. With everything on your doorstep, this property’s location is outstanding.

Within a few minutes’ drive, you also have lots of other restaurants, bars, activities, and amenities to choose from.
