Villa Etta is located in the Prestigious Pinhal Velho development in Vilamoura. With 5 bedrooms this luxury holiday rental villa is set on a large plot and has all you need for a relaxing holiday. Located only a short drive from the Victoria and Millenium golf courses, from the beach and the Vilamoura Marina with a wide range of shops, bars, and restaurants.
The Interior:
The villa has a spacious and open plan design providing lots of light throughout. The villa has beautiful living areas with a spacious and modern kitchen, a dining area, a lounge, a TV area, a laundry, and a WC. The lounge and kitchen areas also have direct access to the outside terraces. The fully fitted kitchen has a large island and is well-equipped including a wine cellar, and a coffee maker. The dining area has a large wooden table that can accommodate ten people.
The lounge is where you can have some rest and relaxation, and the TV area has plenty of seating and a flat-screen TV equipped with some of the Sky channels, a Portuguese cable system, and a DVD Blu-ray system. The villa is also equipped with a Bose surround sound system (inside and out) and a Blu-ray DVD player.

Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. If the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder this may mean the pool heating won’t be as effective. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water.
From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 14 days before arrival along with the refundable damages deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Within 56 days – loss of deposit.
Within 56 – 29 days – 75% retained.
Within 28 days – no refund.
