Back at the main entry of the house, you have a W/C on your left and two bedrooms on your right.

Downstairs you will be pleasantly surprised to find a separate living area. When you enter this bright spacious room, you are in the bedroom section with twin beds (can be made as double). The gold effect running through this room certainly gives it a taste of class. Within this space, you also have a small sofa for 2 and a TV. The bathroom has a shower, and you will also find a well-equipped kitchen. This area also has its own peaceful section outside the living area patio doors where you can place the available sun loungers. A perfect little hideaway.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom with a plush headboard, plenty of wardrobe space, and an ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 is a twin bedroom with an ensuite shower room. Both bedrooms have patio doors taking you out to the landscaped garden.
Next to bedroom 2, you have a utility room with a washer, dryer, wine fridge, and also a private area outside for drying clothes.
There are 2 other bedrooms located on the 1st floor. Bedroom 3 is located on the left side at the top of the stairs. This spacious, bright room has a double bed, plentiful wardrobe space, a private terrace with seating, and also an ensuite with a step-in shower, bath, bidet, and dressing table. The 4th bedroom is the master, a delightfully welcoming room with ample space. This room has a large king-size bed along with a chaise lounge. It’s clear to see that the light feature is centre of attention in this room, with it sitting centre stage above the bed. This room has both a front and back balcony so you can watch the sun rise and set. The back balcony has sun loungers available. The ensuite for this bedroom has a bath and a pebble-bottomed step-in shower.

The Exterior:

Outside, gives you the feeling that you are within a tropical jungle. With mature tall trees and a variety of bushes, this outdoor space gives a feeling of pure relaxation and also tranquillity. Spread around the 10 x 5m pool, you have 2 dining tables that sit 6 each, a small sofa area that will seat 4, and 10 sun loungers. At the end of the dining tables, you will find a gas BBQ. Also available is a table tennis for all the family to use. The pool can also be heated for an extra charge. All in all, great amenities outside.

Facilities:

The resort has a fully equipped Gym with specialized professionals who can provide you with Personal Training services, which will help you improve your health and give you a better quality of life.

The SPA Boutique has an extensive variety of massages, and facial and body treatments that will allow you to forget the stress of everyday life and enjoy a moment of peace and serenity.

The Location:

Villa Jewel in Quinta Verde development rental is only a 15-minute walk to Quinta shopping where you will find some lovely boutiques, restaurants, and Bars. Popular restaurants/bars at Quinta Shopping include the Cheeky Pup and The Melting Pot. Vale do Lobo Beach and the Praça are also within a short drive. The Praça is where you will find some of the best restaurants in the area, including Sandbanks, Monty’s, and also Amore. There are some fantastic bars here too and also evening entertainment throughout the summer. With the beach, restaurants, and entertainment on your doorstep, this is a fabulous location.

Within a few minutes’ drive you can be at Quinta do Lago beach and lots of restaurants, bars, activities, and also amenities to choose from. All in all, a great location.
