Villa Carmine in Vale do Lobo is just a short stroll to Vale do Lobo beach and the very popular ‘Praça’. This beautiful 5-bedroom villa with stunning ocean views is located in one of the best positions in the resort. Set in an elevated position the villa has arguably the best views and within a few minutes, you can be at the beach. Perfect for those seeking a prime Vale do Lobo spot!

The Interior:

Set on two levels, on the ground floor you will find the kitchen, the dining room, the lounge, a WC, and three bedrooms. On the first floor, there are further two bedrooms and a private terrace.

The kitchen is well-equipped and is open plan with the dining room which has a large glass window so you can appreciate the garden views.

The comfortable and spacious lounge has direct access to the pool and garden terrace through the patio French windows.

Three of the bedrooms are on the ground floor. There is a twin bedroom with a separate bathroom and two twin bedrooms that share a shower room.
On the first floor is the ensuite master bedroom with a king-size double bed and access to a balcony with fantastic sea views and stunning sunsets. Also on this floor is a small ensuite twin bedroom which has access from the exterior of the house through the terrace.
Villa Carmine is also equipped with an air conditioning system in the lounge and in the upper-floor bedrooms.

All Bedrooms are fitted with wall-mounted LCD screens and satellite TV

The Exterior:

Outside you will find a beautiful, mature, and well-maintained garden. The gardens have mature shrubs, palm trees, and colourful flowers which helps you to relax whilst sunbathing. From the terrace, there are fabulous sea views and the most beautiful sunsets late afternoon.

The swimming pool is approx. 12m x 5m, pool heating available upon request for an extra charge.

A built-in charcoal BBQ is also available as a covered area with a dining table and a lounge area.

The Location:

Villa Carmine in Vale do Lobo is within a few minutes walk, you can be at the beach and The Praça where you will find some of the best restaurants in the area, including Sandbanks, Monty’s, and Amore. There are some fantastic bars here too and evening entertainment throughout the summer. With the beach, restaurants, and entertainment on your doorstep. All in all, this is a fabulous location.

Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets / No groups of young adults under 25 permitted / We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout, and décor can sometimes change before the information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only On public holidays there is no maid service. AL 83357.

Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. This pool doesn’t have a pool cover which will affect maintaining the heat in the pool, especially if the weather is windy, raining, and/or the evenings are colder. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water and it will only stay generally a few degrees above the outside temperature.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 14 days before arrival along with the refundable damages deposit.
