The living area consists of a spacious and comfortable lounge with plenty of seating and a fireplace. The wooden floors and natural stone walls give the villa a welcoming and very cosy feel. There are large sliding glass windows leading to a 10-meter-long south-facing terrace overlooking the swimming pool and also gardens. Off the lounge is the ensuite master bedroom with also a king-size double bed, windows looking out over the garden, a TV, and a wardrobe area. The large bathroom has a hydro bath, walk-in shower, and double sink set in granite. The is an additional separate WC.
From the entrance hall, the 12 steps lead down to a more relaxed space which is comprised of a lounge with sofas a further 50-inch flat-screen TV (with several gaming accessories), and a formal dining table. From here there are 5 steps leading up to the kitchen. The patio windows from the lounge and dining area lead also to the swimming pool terrace.

The well-equipped kitchen is irregular shape but works well with everything being within easy reach. A small table is ideal for breakfasts as well as a large fridge, a further fridge freezer, a gas hob, and two Gaggenau ovens. There is also a dedicated laundry room with a washing machine and a separate dryer.
There are also three-bedroom suites off the ground floor lounge and two ensuite twin bedrooms with dressing areas. Both of these ensuite bathrooms also have his and hers wash basins set in granite and walk-in showers. The third bedroom also contains a double bed, a dressing area, and a bathroom with a bath, as well as his and hers basins.
The other bedroom is accessed outside. It is a self-contained bedroom suite with queen sized bed, wardrobes, TV, and also a large shower room.

The Exterior:

From the kitchen, there is a covered terrace with views across the garden and a swimming pool. The beautiful garden is mixed Mediterranean and has lovely manicured lawns, a children’s play area, and a trampoline. Around the terrace, there is plenty of sunbathing space, a dining area, and a BBQ area too. The swimming pool measures approx. 12 meters x 5 meters with optional heating for an extra charge.

The Location:

The Quinta do Lago bridge to the beach is only a 20-minute walk from the villa which is home to Gigi's beachside restaurant. By this bridge you can access the Boardwalk which goes from Quinta do Lago to Vale do Lobo, along the sand dunes and passing some very popular restaurants whilst taking in the beautiful scenery. Restaurants you will come across include The Shack, Casa do Lago, Gigi's, 2 Passos, The Bold Octopus, and Julias to name a few.  Read more about the boardwalk HERE.

Also, you are just a 15-minute walk away from popular spots such as Bovino, Casa do Lago, and The Shack at the Lake.
Catering for water sports enthusiasts of all ages, there is a fabulous choice of both lake and beach activities. Windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking, and rowing are available on the lake, as well as sailing and water skiing. Other sports from the beachside area of the lake include the Aquapark, parasailing, and jet skiing, or if you want something more relaxing why not try out a pedalo boat?
