The Exterior:

The poolside terraced area has plenty of sun loungers and fantastic views across to the sea. On the entrance level terrace, there is a dining area next to the BBQ and worktops.
The roof terrace has ample sunbathing space and also a large built-in sofa. From here you
can enjoy the sunset in peace and awe. There is also a plunge tank on the roof to cool off on hot days or nights.

As a member of Vale do Lobo, Villa Aurora provides our guests with various discounts and benefits across the resort. This includes access to the Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy and up to 60% discount on green fees at the Royal and Ocean Golf Course.

Please note that the memberships run from January to the end of December. Renewal is at the discretion of the owner and even if you have booked the villa for the subsequent year, we cannot guarantee the villa will still be a resort member. Membership renewals are updated by the end of January.

The Location:

Villa Aurora in Dunas Douradas is within a few minutes walk you can be at the beach and ‘Julias’ beach and there are some fantastic beachside restaurants and bars. Also, just a 20-minute walk away is ‘the very well-known ‘Marias’ beachside restaurant.

The Villa is also close to the Boardwalk which goes from Quinta do Lago to Vale do Lobo, along the sand dunes and passing some very popular restaurants whilst taking in the beautiful scenery. You can access the boardwalk at Julia’s Beach (Praia do Garrão Nascente) and along the route, the restaurants you will come across include The Shack, Casa do Lago, Gigi’s, 2 Passos, The Bold Octopus, and Julias to name a few.  Read more about the boardwalk HERE. 

A 20–25-minute walk along the beach will take you to The Praça, where you will find more of the best restaurants in the area, including Sandbanks, Monty’s, and Amore. There are some fantastic bars here too and there is evening entertainment through the summer. With everything on your doorstep, this property’s location is outstanding.
