Villa Kenna in Vale do Lobo is a luxurious 5 bedroom contemporary villa designed by award-winning architect Vasco Vieira. It is located in a quiet area in the Vale do Lobo resort. Also, this luxury holiday rental is just a short walk to Vale do Lobo beach and the very popular ‘Praça’. The Praca is where it all happens! This beautiful villa is perfectly located for those seeking a prime Vale do Lobo spot!

The Interior:

The lounge/dining area and the kitchen is open plan. The living area is very spacious and provides panoramic, floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open onto the poolside terrace. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped to the highest standards.
All the upstairs bedrooms are ensuite (3 doubles and 1 twin, the twin can be made up as a double). The Bedrooms have access to the first-floor terrace overlooking the pool and patio below. The master bedroom also has a private terrace and a nice seating area where you can escape and relax. 3 of the double bedrooms can also be made as twins.
The ample lower floor offers a home theatre, and a games area (with a pool table and also a foosball). There is also a twin bedroom the twin beds can be made up as a double (please note that there is no window in this bedroom), and a bathroom.

This property also is perfect for those seeking a luxurious stay. A modern and contemporary villa that will leave you wanting to come back for more.

The Exterior:

Outside the long infinity swimming pool (approx. 19 x 5 metres) stretches almost as long as the house. The pool is surrounded by beautiful, landscaped gardens and large terraces. The barbecue area is covered with outdoor dining. A dining table can also cater to any outdoor dining needs with worktops and a sink. The pool can be heated upon request (for an extra charge) and it’s perfect also for spending some quality relaxing time. Around the terrace, there are plenty of sun loungers and lounge areas to relax on.

The Location:

Vila Kenna in Vale do Lobo is also within a 15 to 20-minute walk, you can be at the beach and The Praça. The Praca is where you will find some of the best restaurants in the area, including Sandbanks, Monty’s, and Amore. There are also some fantastic bars here too and evening entertainment throughout the summer. With the beach, restaurants, and entertainment on your doorstep, this is a fabulous location. All in all a perfect location.

Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets.

No groups of young adults under 25 permitted.

We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout, and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only.

On public holidays there is no maid service.

Complementary Vale do Lobo Resort Card: The memberships run from January to the end of December. Renewal is at the discretion of the owner and even if you have booked the villa for the subsequent year, we cannot guarantee the villa will still be a resort member. Membership renewals are updated by the end of January. If you are wanting to use the cards, please do check with us around the end of January.

Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. If the weather is windy, raining, and/or the evenings are colder this may mean the pool heating won’t be as effective. In any case, we advise the use of the electric pool cover to help maximize the heat retention when the pool isn’t being used. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water and it will be only stay a few degrees above the outside temperature.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment for your holiday.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made more than 70 days prior to departure, only the deposit will be retained.

Between 56 – 69 days prior to departure, 50% of your holiday cost will be retained.

Between 48 – 55 days prior to your departure, 75% of your holiday cost will be retained.

Between 15 – 47 days prior to departure, 95% of your holiday cost will be retained.

Between 0 – 14 days prior to departure, 100% of your holiday cost is forfeited.
