On the lower level, there is a large TV room with a bar, and two ensuite double bedrooms. Both with pool deck access.

The villa is also equipped with a Pool table and table tennis.

The Exterior:

The exterior boasts extensive landscaped gardens with an array of water features, spacious terraces, and a beautiful infinity pool with sea views. The extensive terraces have plenty of sun loungers, lounge areas, and a dining area with worktops and a sink so you can prepare your outdoor dining.

The fabulous roof terrace is accessible by exterior stairs and has ample space for sunbathing, a Gas BBQ area, and a jacuzzi.

The Location:

The elevated double plot in Vale do Lobo’s Ocean Club is within a few minutes’ walk to ‘Julias’ beach. Here are some fantastic beachside restaurants and bars. Also, just a 20-minute walk away is ‘the very well-known ‘Marias’ beachside restaurant.

The Villa is also close to the Boardwalk which goes from Quinta do Lago to Vale do Lobo, along the sand dunes and passing some very popular restaurants whilst taking in the beautiful scenery. You can access the boardwalk at Julia’s Beach (Praia do Garrão Nascente) and along the route, the restaurants you will come across include The Shack, Casa do Lago, Gigi’s, 2 Passos, The Bold Octopus, and Julias to name a few.  Read more about the boardwalk HERE. 

A 20–25-minute walk along the beach will take you to The Praça. Here you will find more of the best restaurants in the area, including Sandbanks, Monty’s, and Amore. There are some fantastic bars here too and there is evening entertainment through the summer. With everything on your doorstep, this property’s location is outstanding.
