The Interior:

A fabulous property, the entrance level comprises of entrance hall, WC, sitting room (with a stunning view!), lounge, dining room, kitchen, utility room, and the spacious ensuite master bedroom with a walk-through wardrobe.

The lower level comprises four beautiful ensuite bedrooms – three of which open directly out to the pool deck. Therefore, perfect to get an early morning dip.

The Exterior:

The outdoor area of Villa Berrettini has a stunning setting with a fabulous large south-west facing terrace with plenty of space for sunbathing, dining, or lounging in the sun or shade. The pool area is on the lower level and also boasts fabulous golf & sea views. The roof terrace simply has amazing sunset views over the golf & sea and you also have direct access to the beach.

Villa Berrettini has astounding sea views with beach access. All in all the villa is perfectly located for those seeking a prime Vale do Lobo spot! Within a few minutes walk, you can be at the beach and also The Praça where you will find some of the best restaurants in the area, including Sandbanks, Monty’s, and Amore. There are some fantastic bars here too and evening entertainment throughout the summer. With the beach, restaurants, and also lots of entertainment on your doorstep, this is a fabulous location.

Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets / No groups of young adults under 25 permitted / We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only / On Public holidays there is no maid service. Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. This pool does have a pool cover which will help maintain the heat in the pool, especially if the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water and it will only stay a few degrees above the outside temperature.

Complementary Vale do Lobo Resort Card: The memberships run from January to the end of December. Membership renewals are updated by the end of January. If you are wanting to use the cards, please do check with us around the end of January.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment for your holiday.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made more than 70 days prior to departure, only the deposit will be retained. / Between 56 – 69 days prior to departure, 50% of your holiday cost will be retained. / Between 48 – 55 days prior to your departure, 75% of your holiday cost will be retained. / Between 15 – 47 days prior to departure, 95% of your holiday cost will be retained. / Between 0 – 14 days prior to departure, 100% of your holiday cost is forfeited.
