This fabulous family holiday rental villa has 5 bedrooms and is located one of Vilamoura’s most exclusive areas. The villa is set in lovely surroundings and is close to the old town, the beach, the Marina, Golf courses, and other sports facilities. A great choice for a fabulous family villa summer holiday.
The Interior:
The villa consists of a relaxing lounge and a separate TV room, both decorated in neutral tones and access to the outside. There is also a large and formal dining room equipped to seat 10 people and again this also has access to the outside. Also in the villa is a large fully fitted kitchen that also has a small dining area, perfect for the kids to have breakfast.
There are 5 bedrooms (two on the first floor and three on the ground floor) in total and 3 bathrooms (one on the 1st floor and 2 on the ground floor). 3 of the bedrooms are on the ground floor (two doubles and one twin). The other 2 are located on the 1st floor, one double and one twin room. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.

Property Rules
Strictly no smoking and no pets.
No groups of young adults under 23 permitted.
We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only.
On public holidays there is no maid service.

Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. This pool doesn’t have a pool cover which will affect maintaining the heat in the pool, especially if the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water and it will be only stay a few degrees above the outside temperature. This service is provided between April and October, however, if the weather (temperatures) is not adequate to provide this service it may be declined.
The Refundable Damages Deposit for this property is returned between 2 – 3 weeks after your return home, should no damage be reported by the property supplier. Any reported Damages are deducted accordingly.
From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment.
Cancellation Policy
Up to 10 weeks: Loss of Deposit.
Less than 10 weeks: No refund.
