Villa Serena

In total the villa can accommodate 14. There are 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, for 12 people and a space on the 1st floor with a sofa bed for 1 small adult or 2 children. The bedrooms are distributed as follows:

On the Ground Floor, there is an ensuite bedroom with a super king-size bed and also an ensuite twin room. A further 2 bedrooms can be found on the 1st floor. Both are ensuite and have super king-size beds. By these 2 bedrooms, there is an area with a sofa bed that can sleep 1 small adult or 2 children. On the lower floor, there is an area with 4 single beds and a private bathroom with a shower.

On the ground floor, there’s an extra WC.

The villa has Wi-Fi and TV with English channels (BBC, ITV, etc…). An integrated sound system runs throughout the house and can be controlled individually in each room to play local radio stations.
The air conditioning is central and provides cold or heat for the whole house except for the basement area which is generally cooler in Summer.

The Exterior:

The outside, complete with an artificial waterfall running directly to the pool provides the tranquil sound of running water which is quite relaxing.
The swimming pool is approx. 9 x 4.5 meters with an additional Jacuzzi fit for 4 persons or more. The pool depths vary from 0,75 meters by the stairs up to 1.6 meters by the deepest end.
Pool heating can be arranged for an extra charge.
There are ample sun loungers by the poolside and comfortable outdoor tables and chairs under a shaded pergola and also a charcoal BBQ to provide the conditions for nice al-fresco dining experiences. A set of outdoor furniture with sofas, chairs, and a table completes the picture.
There’s a secure parking space for 3 or more cars inside the property. Our guests can also freely use the nearby tennis court that belongs to the urbanization.

The Location:

Peaceful development  Villa Serena located in Quinta do Mar is a 20-minute walk to Praia do Ancão (the well-known beach with the famous ‘2 Passos’ restaurant). From here you can also access the Boardwalk which goes from Quinta do Lago to Vale do Lobo, along the sand dunes and passing some very popular restaurants. Along the route you can access The Shack, Casa do Lago, Gigi’s, 2 Passos, The Bold Octopus and Julias to name a few.  Read more about the boardwalk HERE.

The area is surrounded by numerous golf courses and a beautiful nature reserve ‘Ria Formosa’. Quinta Shopping Centre and Vale do Lobo are also within a short drive as are some of the best restaurants in the area. With the beach, restaurants, and entertainment in close proximity, All in all, this is a fabulous location.
