A beautiful 5-bedroom villa in Dunas Douradas, nestled in between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. A great location, you can walk to Dunas Douradas beach (Praia do Garrão) and beachside restaurants within 10 minutes.

The Interior:

The villa has been beautifully furnished in neutral shades with a splash of colour. Set over 3 levels, the ground floor comprises a welcoming lounge with a fireplace and doors leading out to the poolside terrace. There is a classic formal dining area, a laundry room, and a fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar and doors leading to the terrace. On this level, there are also 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom.

The first floor is home to the ensuite master bedroom and the remaining bedroom, also ensuite. Both of these bedrooms have balconies.

On the lower level is the games area with a snooker table and table tennis.

The villa also has Lazer TV which has lots of UK channels (including sports) and air conditioning.

The Exterior:

The property has a lovely sunny pool (approx. size: 9 x 5 metres depth 1.1 -1.2m) set in beautiful, landscaped gardens. Pool heating is complimentary. The spacious terraces have luxury lounge furniture and a gas BBQ. A great setting for rest and relaxation.

The Location:

This villa has access to the resort facilities that are by Xenia restaurant (only a few minutes walk away). Facilities include a Roman-style swimming pool for adults and children (free access), Xénia Restaurant, pool bar, mini market and Aesthetic centre (subject to availability and appointment). The common areas are exclusive access to the owners and guests via a magnetic key. A magnetic key will be at the Reception (by Xenia) for a refundable deposit of €20 (refunded at the reception at the end of your stay). You can book the tennis court at reception (this has an additional charge and is subject to availability).

You can walk to Dunas Douradas beach (Praia do Garrão) and Maria's beachside restaurant within 10 minutes. A 20-minute walk away is ‘Julias’ beach, where you will find some fantastic beachside restaurants and bars. Within a few minutes drive, there are lots of other restaurants, bars, activities, and amenities for you to choose from.

Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets / No groups of young adults under 25 permitted / We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only / On public holidays there is no maid service / AL – 28142

Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. This pool doesn’t have a pool cover which will affect maintaining the heat in the pool, especially if the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water and it will generally only stay a few degrees above the outside temperature. / The owner keeps his car at the property so the driveway is not in use, however, there is parking on the road.

Tourist Tax:

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 12 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment for your holiday.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 12 weeks: Loss of deposit / Less than 12 weeks: No refund.
