This stylish and contemporary 5-bedroom villa is located in Vale do Garrão which is in the highly regarded resort, Dunas Douradas. An extremely popular area, the villa is within walking distance to the famous beachfront restaurants at ‘Praia do Garrão' and also by Vale do Lobo.

The Interior:

The Villa is on 2 levels and offers a bright living space. On the ground floor are a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and spacious open-plan lounge/dining area. The lounge also has access to the outdoor poolside terrace. Also, on the ground floor are 3 of the bedrooms -1 queen bed with an ensuite shower room and 2 further bedrooms (Twins) which share a large bathroom. All have sliding doors in the garden area.

There are 2 master bedrooms on the top floor, each with its own private terrace, ensuite bathroom, and a flat-screen TV. Each has its own private terrace too where you can relax peacefully with a morning coffee.

The villa has cable TV which has lots of UK channels and air conditioning.

The Exterior:

Modern tiled terraces and a private, mature south-facing garden compliments the villa. There is a fabulous alfresco dining area with a BBQ overlooking the garden. The pool is 10 x 5 metres and around the terrace, there are sun loungers, a dining area, and a sofa area. There is a traditional BBQ, ideal for enjoying the warm summer Algarve dining experience. There are 6 sun loungers in the garden, 2 more loungers on the large terrace of the master bedroom (ideal for private sunbathing!), and an outdoor shower

The drive can accommodate two cars comfortably and has an electric gate making the villa very secure for families.

The Location:

Villa Asher holiday rental in Vale do Garrão is just a 15-minute walk to the beach. Praia do Garrão is home to famous restaurants/bars including Julias, Izzys, Fins, and Marias. Also close to Vale do Lobo and the Praca. The Praca is where you will find some of the best restaurants in the area, including Sandbanks, Monty’s, and Amore. There are some fantastic bars here too and evening entertainment throughout the summer.

With the beach, restaurants, and entertainment on your doorstep, this is a fabulous location.

Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets / No groups of young adults under 23 are permitted and the lead person booking/staying at the villa must be over 23 / We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only / On public holidays there is no maid service / Maid service is provided for stays of 7 nights or more / AL – 44739 /

Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. This pool doesn’t have a pool cover which will affect maintaining the heat in the pool, especially if the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 14 days before arrival along with the refundable damages deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation up to 6 weeks before arrival: Loss of deposit / Cancellation less than 6 weeks to arrival: No refund.
