A beautiful private villa located in a fabulous spot in Dunas Douradas. This highly sought-after area is just a 5-minute walk to Praia do Garrao (Also known as ‘Marias’ beach). It’s also a nice stroll along the beach to Vale do Lobo.

Interior:

The villa is stylishly furnished with a lovely homely feel the villa is set on 3 levels. The ground floor has a spacious open-plan lounge and dining area and a bright and fully equipped kitchen. Also on this floor are 2 double bedrooms (one is ensuite and one can also be made as a twin) and a WC.

The ensuite Master double bedroom and the ensuite guest Master twin can both be found on the 1st floor and the remaining bedroom, a double, is located on the lower level. Also located on the lower level is also a games/entertainment room with a pool table and TV. The lower ground floor does not have AC.

There is another bathroom available for the 2 bedrooms that aren’t ensuite.

The villa is equipped with cable TV, BBQ, air conditioning on the ground and 1st floor.

Exterior:

Has a fabulous, terraced area around the pool (approx. 8 x 4 metres) which can also be heated for an extra charge. There is a lovely, shaded dining area here too, a BBQ, and sun loungers where you can relax and take in the peace and quiet whilst admiring the beautiful plants and also flowers in the garden.

Villa Hibiscus is a registered member of the prestigious Dunas Douradas Resort (Not Dunas Douradas Beach Club), where you can use the communal pool and tennis courts near Xenia's Restaurant.

Location:

Within a few minutes walk you can be at Praia do Garrao (the beach) and Marias beachside restaurant. A 20-25 minute walk along the beach will take you to The Praça, where you will find some of the best restaurants in the area, including Sandbanks, Monty’s, and Amore. There are some fantastic bars here too and there is evening entertainment through the summer. With everything on your doorstep, this property’s location is outstanding. Also, just a 15-20 minute walk away is ‘Julias’ beach, and here are some fantastic beachside restaurants and bars. All in all, a great location.

Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets /
No groups of young adults under 25 permitted / We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only /
On public holidays there is no maid service /

Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. This pool doesn’t have a pool cover which will affect maintaining the heat in the pool, especially if the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water.

The booking fee is charged by the manager in charge of the property to cover administrative costs through the booking process (including the processing of guest data and tourist tax) pre and post holiday. The charge is £150 (non refundable) and is to be paid with the balance of your holiday.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment for your holiday.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit is non-refundable.

50 % of the stay is refunded for cancellations done prior than 57 – 69 days before arrival day.

25% of the stay is refunded for cancellations done prior than 43 – 56 days before arrival day.

The full amount is retained for cancellations within 42 days.
