The Interior:

This magnificent 6-bedroom villa is set over 3 levels and is an architect’s dream. The ground floor comprises an open-plan lounge and dining area and a fully fitted & equipped kitchen. Also, on this floor are 2 ensuite double bedrooms with views overlooking the golf course.

On the first floor are the Grand Master ensuite bedroom and the guest Master ensuite bedroom. Both these bedrooms share a terrace featuring fabulous views of the ocean and the golf course. They also have access to the rooftop terrace featuring a seating area and a jacuzzi where one can really admire the scenery. This can also be accessed from the first floor.

The remaining 2 bedrooms (doubles) share a bathroom and are located on the lower floor. Here you will also find a gym, WC, pool table, sauna, steam room, a cinema room with surround system, and a laundry room. The lower ground floor does not have Air conditioning.

This property is a registered member of the prestigious Vale do Lobo Club Resort. This enables you to purchase if desired, the Vale do Lobo guests card offering various discounts and privileges throughout the resort.

The Exterior:

The property features a fabulous rooftop terrace with a lounge area and jacuzzi with fabulous views over the resort.

Beautifully landscaped gardens and an infinity swimming pool with stunning ocean views. The spacious covered terrace has a lovely dining area with a BBQ to enjoy the al-fresco evenings. Also on the terrace is a relaxing lounge area.

The Location:

Within a few minutes drive or a 30-minute walk you can be at the beach and The Praça where you will find some of the best restaurants in the area. Including Sandbanks, Monty’s, and Amore. With some fantastic bars here too and evening entertainment through the summer, this is a fabulous location.

There are also some nice restaurants within a 15-minute walk including the well-regarded ‘Paixa’.

Within a few minutes drive, you also have lots of restaurants, bars, activities, and amenities to choose from.

Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets.

No groups of young adults under 25 permitted.

On public holidays there is no maid service. We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout, and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here.

Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. This pool doesn’t have a pool cover and also is an overflow pool which will affect maintaining the heat in the pool, especially if the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment for your holiday.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made more than 70 days prior to departure, only the deposit will be retained.

Between 56 – 69 days prior to departure, 50% of your holiday cost will be retained.

Between 48 – 55 days prior to your departure, 75% of your holiday cost will be retained.

Between 15 – 47 days prior to departure, 95% of your holiday cost will be retained.

Between 0 – 14 days prior to departure, 100% of your holiday cost is forfeited.
