The Ground Floor

The ground floor features a bright and welcoming lounge with vibrant colours and stylish furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped and oozes a countryside vibe, also featuring rustic fittings and a large central Island. By the kitchen are 2 dining areas, both with a table that can seat up to 10 people each and beautifully designed. By one of the dining areas is a digital piano which is a great addition for music lovers. The lounge, dining area, and kitchen all have direct access to the terrace.

Bedrooms on the First Floor

On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms. The Ensuite Master bedroom features a Queen-sized bed and a sofa bed suitable for a child. The ensuite has a bath/shower combo with a also handheld shower. The second bedroom also has a queen bed with an ensuite, that has a bath and also handheld shower. The third bedroom has a double bed and the fourth has a queen-sized bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom that has a bath and also handheld shower. The four bedrooms on the first floor now have Smart Air Cool + Purifying devices in addition to the ceiling fans.

The Lower Floor

The lower floor is home to a self-contained apartment with two bedrooms, both with queen-sized beds.  One of these bedrooms also has a day bed for a child. Both bedrooms share a shower room. Also within this area is a large dining area that opens out to the poolside terrace. You will also find a bar / small kitchen area and also a state-of-the-art cinema room.

The bedrooms described above can accommodate up to 12 adults and 2 children. The villa can accommodate 2 more people with 2-fold beds available in the living area of the self-contained apartment on the lower floor.                                                                                                                        

The two bedrooms in the apartment on the lower ground floor have air-con units.

The Exterior:

Set on a large plot of 2.5 acres this holiday rental villa is surrounded by lush tropical gardens. The pool is a fabulous size of approx. 12 x 7 metres and up to 3 metres depth. Around the pool is a lovely terrace with sun loungers and plenty of lounge areas. Relax or play some table tennis, or practice your golf putting or for the more active family members take to the tennis court or the Pickleball court! Pickleball is the fastest-growing sport in the US.

The property also features an outdoor bar and kitchen, along with two outdoor stoves.

The Location:

Lagos is a historic and characterful city situated in the Western Algarve. It is a city that boasts a rich seafaring heritage and a dramatic natural coastline. Today Lagos boasts being one of the Algarve’s finest holiday destinations, yet unlike other cities along the coast, it has also managed to retain its Portuguese charm.

Within the historic city walls sits a proud city, with cobbled streets, authentic restaurants, and an atmosphere that is both relaxed and also welcoming.

Within a few minute's drive, you also have lots of restaurants, bars, activities, and amenities to choose from. All in all, a great location.
