The kitchen is fully equipped with a separate big freezer and a large fridge; dishwasher; juicer; coffee machine; microwave; kettle; oven; and electric stove. The kitchen also has an American breakfast table with 2 high seats.
From the kitchen, there is access to the laundry, which is complete with a washing machine, and tumble dryer, and to the BBQ area through a corridor.
Villa Larimar is available as either a 5-bedroom or 6-bedroom property. The villa is suitable for 8 adults and 6 children as a 6-bedroom property. As a 5-bedroom property, it is suitable for 8 adults and 2 children.

Bedrooms:

This Villa consists of 5 full bedrooms:

Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 are located on the ground floor:

Bedroom 1 has a twin sofa pull-out bed (accessed through the kitchen). The second Bedroom (grey room) can be prepared as either a twin or double with direct access to a private terrace overlooking the pool/garden area. The third Bedroom (brown room) can also be prepared as either a twin or double with direct access to a private terrace overlooking the pool/garden area. Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 have an ensuite with step-in shower.
Bedrooms 4 and 5 are located on the first floor:

Bedroom 4 (beige) has two twin beds. With a private dressing area, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath overlooking a fantastic country view. This big bedroom is ideal for people who want to have some relaxed and quiet time reading, sunbathing, or simply drinking a fresh orange juice on the private outside wrap-around terrace. Bedroom 5 (light blue) is a Master double bedded suite with white linen curtains featuring a TV and a private dressing area. Both Master suites come with extensive circular outside terrace areas with private areas each. Bedroom 4 has an ensuite with a jacuzzi bath and Bedroom 5 has an ensuite with a corner jacuzzi bath and a separate shower.

The 6th bedroom, also known as the multi-use bedroom, is a big bedroom. Ideal for teenagers who want to be next to the games room area and away from the main house area. Here they can also enjoy their music and the games! There are 2 twin sofa pull-out beds with a total capacity for 4 people, 4 puffs, a private music system, and a table football. If you are looking for fun, this is the ideal space for you! In this big games room with windows you will find: a snooker table, table tennis, a big flat-screen TV with an internet connection; PlayStation 3, plus also a baby area (complete with a carpet with a small table and chairs, and with some baby/little child games), surround sound music system and DVD player.
This bathroom is also available without the bedroom being in use. There is also a W/C in the entrance hall.

The Exterior:

The outside also has lots of privacy and space. Here you have a large pool and also a child’s paddling pool with a cascade waterfall. There is a music system with 2 speakers outside on the lounge-covered terrace next to the pool and garden area. This area has a beautiful atmosphere with nice transparent curtains and candle lanterns. Around the pool, you also have sun beds and also on the lawn. Where you can relax and enjoy the sound of the water cascade, the ambient music sound, or simply the birds that live around! Under the pergola area of the garden, you will also find a charcoal BBQ and a large dining table, perfect for serving up the delights of the BBQ while shaded.

Villa Larimar is a luxury rental villa located just off the 1st roundabout in Quinta do Lago and only a 10-minute walk to Quinta shopping. Quinta Shopping is where you will find some fabulous boutiques, restaurants, and bars.
Within a few minutes drive, you also have lots of restaurants, bars, activities, beaches, and amenities to choose from. Including Vale do Lobo and the popular Praça.

All in all, a great holiday rental.
