Villa Savannah

The lower level of the villa is home to a utility room (washing machine, dryer, an extra fridge, and extra freezer) and also an entertainment room. This room has a bar area, a wine cooler, seating, a smart TV, and a pool table.

The villa is also air-conditioned throughout. All in all, this is a luxurious and spacious villa.

Bedrooms:

On the ground level are 2 bedrooms. Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a wall-mounted Smart TV, and an ensuite shower room that has a heated towel rail. Patio doors provide access to the poolside terrace. Bedroom two is also a double room with fitted wardrobes and an ensuite shower room that also has a heated towel rail.

Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms. Bedroom three is a double room with fitted wardrobes and an ensuite with a corner bath, a walk-in shower, double vanities, and a heated towel rail. Bedroom four is also a double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, a Smart TV, and an ensuite shower room that also has double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors provide access to a private balcony that has views of the golf course and also has seating. Bedroom five is again a double room with fitted wardrobes, and an ensuite bathroom with a corner bath, a walk-in shower, double vanities, and a heated towel rail.

On the lower level of the property, you will find bedroom six which is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, and use of the large adjacent shower room with a heated towel rail.

The Exterior:

When you step outside you are greeted by a beautiful poolside terrace and manicured gardens. You will enjoy relaxing on the terrace which also gets the sun all day. The terrace is furnished with plenty of sunbeds and if you need a little shade, there are parasols available too. For the golfers of the party, there is also a putting green (Putters and balls are provided). For the budding chef, they will enjoy the outdoor kitchen that also has a large gas BBQ, food prep counters, a sink, and an exterior fridge. There is also a lounge area, where you can sit back and enjoy the whole garden, the gorgeous views of the nearby golf course, and the lake. The infinity design pool is a beautiful feature and is approx. 12m x 6m with an electric pool cover. (The pool can be heated for a weekly fee).

The front of the property has a lovely manicured forecourt with ample parking space.

The Location:

Villa Savannah is located just outside of Vilamoura, in the Vila Sol resort. With some fabulous restaurants, bars, and, bakeries within the development, this is ideal for many people. On the resort is the family-friendly Oscars bar/restaurant and also the very nice Wildfire! You are also within walking distance of the supermarket, the best waterpark in the area, Aquashow, and, within a 20-minute walk, you have some other fabulous restaurants including a big favourite of ours, Os Agostinhos.

Just a 5-minute drive away is the Marina with its cosmopolitan restaurants and amenities. The Marina is the focal point of Vilamoura, with an excellent variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. A few meters from the marina are beautiful white sandy beaches, with excellent bars and restaurants facing the sea. Also, just a short drive away is the extremely popular promenade of Quarteira. Right in front of the beach with lots of bars and restaurants.

There are lots of places to explore and things to do within walking distance. Within a few minutes drive, there are lots of other restaurants, beaches, bars, and amenities.
