Villa Talia in Albufeira is a magnificent holiday rental property located in an area of total tranquillity and by the beach Praia de Santa Eulalia, but only a short distance from the bustling nightlife (restaurants and bars) of Albufeira. The villa is built in an elevated position on the cliff top which offers breathtaking views over the ocean. Ideal also for weddings / celebrations.
The Interior:
Built over 3 floors this impressive property consists of a large lounge with floor-to-ceiling windows allowing for an abundance of natural light and stunning views. Also, on this ground floor, there is an open garden area bringing in even more light. There is also a TV area with a fireplace and a card table providing hours of entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast area that opens to the inside garden. 2 of the bedrooms are on this floor, and both are twin bedrooms (Trundle beds). These 2 bedrooms are for 2 children/teens in each, however, 2 more children can be accommodated for an extra charge. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. The bedrooms are linked too and suitable for teens/children.

Property Rules
No groups of young adults under 25 permitted / We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only./ On Public holidays there is no maid service. 35997/AL. Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. This pool doesn’t have a pool cover which will affect maintaining the heat in the pool, especially if the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water and it will generally only stay a few degrees above the outside temperature.
The villas are given a thorough maid service prior to your arrival. During your stay, if you are scheduled to have a maid service, generally, their duties are to wipe down the kitchens and bathrooms, plus sweep/vacuum the floors. They are not able to do washing up, loading/unloading the dishwasher, laundry, ironing, or requests. So, they can do their job efficiently please ensure surfaces are clear. If a towel change is scheduled, this only means the bath and hand towels and not pool towels if provided.
Extra maid service is sometimes available for an extra fee.
From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. The tax applies for arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October and the charge is €14 per person. The charge is for each person 13 years and older at the time of travel and is due 14 days before arrival along with the refundable damages deposit.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made more than 70 days prior to departure only the deposit will be retained by the Company.
Between 56 – 69 days prior to departure 50% of your holiday cost.
Between 48 – 55 days prior to your departure 75% of your holiday cost.
Between 0 – 47 days prior to departure 100% of your holiday cost is forfeited.
