The Interior:

The generously sized ground floor living areas include an open plan kitchen with a 5-meter island, a stunning double-height dining area, and a 60m2 lounge with a flat-screen TV. The lounge also has a see-through double-aspect fireplace and double-height feature slate wall with a glass-feature ceiling. Retractable sliding windows disappear into a slate wall, seamlessly joining the inside living areas with the outdoor areas. Also, on the ground floor are two ensuite bedrooms with king-size beds, walk-in wardrobes, and private terraces overlooking their own garden area.

Climb the suspended stairs to the first floor to find the spacious ensuite master bedroom that is equipped with a super king-size bed, bathroom, dressing room, balcony terrace, and lovely views over the golf course and green. Three further ensuite bedrooms on this floor provide king-size beds and balconies overlooking the garden and golf.
There are also plenty of extras in the villa including a state-of-the-art 4k and Atmos home cinema with a 3-meter-wide screen, an entertainment zone including a pool table, a luxury bar, a lounge area, and a Technogym-equipped gym with a flat-screen TV. A smart sound system covers the garden, and the terraces, and has also speakers in every room throughout the villa. The two-person home office provides a quiet haven if a little working from home is required. High-quality towels, linens, toiletries, and bath robes will be part of this unique experience.

All Bedrooms are double and apart from the master, all can also be changed to twin rooms. Wi-Fi is also in all rooms, including the office, which also has hard-wired internet.

This villa is also available with the option of only 5 bedrooms (except during the 22nd June - 30th August). One of the ground-floor bedrooms will be locked. For prices for the 5 bedroom please contact us.

The Exterior:

Outside offers plenty of places for you to lounge, dine and cook al-fresco. A high-spec BBQ, burner, and all-important drinks fridge are found in the well-equipped, covered outdoor kitchen. The garden’s lush landscaping gives a nod to the tropical Zen-like vibe. The is 15 meters and equipped with an electric safety cover, a toddler area, and a shallow sun lounging section. The perfect pool for paddlers, swimmers, and sunseekers alike. The poolside sundeck and sunken area provide plenty of seating to enjoy lazy afternoons and long summer evenings with family and friends. From the 180m2 roof terrace enjoy the 360-degree views of golf, landscapes, and the ocean. This is also a great spot to catch a beautiful Algarvian sunset and perhaps also enjoy a drink from the 5-meter-long dining and roof bar. Serious sunbathers will enjoy the roof sundeck, and a cool down in the large, shaded roof seating zone.

The Location:

Villa Mandarin, within a short walk you can be at the beach and The Praça where you will find some of the best restaurants in the area, including Sandbanks, Monty’s, and Amore. There are also some fantastic bars here too and evening entertainment throughout the summer. With the beach, restaurants, and entertainment on your doorstep, this is a fabulous location. All in all, a great location.
