This charming Quinta (farm) is set on 20 acres of land and is located just minutes from the beach and cosmopolitan Albufeira. This is the ideal property for families or groups who appreciate privacy, nature, and the tranquillity of the countryside. Although in the countryside you are still close to amenities and all you need to enjoy your holiday. The exterior is stunning with 3 acres of vineyard, a delightful swimming pool, and plenty of space to enjoy your stay.
The Interior:
The beautiful farm with 3 acres of vineyard has Moroccan architecture and inspiration. The decor is of a Moroccan theme, with comfort so that you can enjoy your holidays in the best way possible.
The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the BBQ and terrace outside. The living area consists of a TV room, a large lounge, and a dining area. Wi-Fi is fast and available in all areas.
There are 6 bedrooms in total and on the ground floor is an ensuite twin room. 4 bedrooms are located on the 1st floor, 2 are ensuite twin rooms and 2 are ensuite with King size beds. The remaining bedroom is found in the annex. Here there is a bedroom (twin or double - please request if you have a preference) and a private bathroom (there are still no photos of this annex as it was being renovated at the time of this advertisement. It is an annex with a basic bedroom, bathroom, and a small living room.) All bedrooms, except the annex have air conditioning.

Property Rules
Strictly no smoking and no pets.
No groups of young adults under 23 permitted.
We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only.
On public holidays there is no maid service.

When booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. This pool doesn’t have a pool cover which will affect maintaining the heat in the pool, especially if the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water and it will be only stay a few degrees above the outside temperature. This service is provided between April and October, however, if the weather (temperatures) is not adequate to provide this service it may be declined.
The Refundable Damages Deposit for this property is returned between 2 – 3 weeks after your return home, should no damage be reported by the property supplier. Any reported Damages are deducted accordingly.
The villas are given a thorough maid service prior to your arrival. During your stay, if you are scheduled to have a maid service, generally, their duties are to wipe down the kitchens and bathrooms, plus sweep/vacuum the floors. They are not able to do washing up, loading/unloading the dishwasher, laundry, ironing, or requests. So, they can do their job efficiently please ensure surfaces are clear. If a towel change is scheduled, this only means the bath and hand towels and not pool towels if provided.
Extra maid service is sometimes available for an extra fee.
The local council charges a mandatory tourist tax in this location as follows:
5 night stay 01 April to 31 October = €10 per person 13 years old and over
6 night stay 01 April to 31 October = €12 per person 13 years old and over
7 night stay or more 01 April to 31 October = €14 per person 13 years old and over
There is no charge between 01 November and 31 March. Payment is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment.
Cancellation Policy
Up to 10 weeks: Loss of Deposit.
Less than 10 weeks: No refund.
