A beautiful villa with views across the golf course, manicured gardens, and a large, fenced pool. Ideal for families and friends and is just a 15–20-minute walk away from the Vilamoura marina. On the 1st floor, you have a great private balcony overlooking the golf course and lake. The villa is also equipped with table tennis.

The Interior:

The entrance is bright and welcoming and takes you through to the open-plan living areas. There is a lovely sitting area with views across the garden, pool, and golf course. A great area to relax and take in your surroundings. There is also a TV lounge and a dining area. The kitchen is well equipped and is also equipped with a small breakfast bar too

In total, there are 6 bedrooms. On the ground floor, there are 2 en-suite twin bedrooms (one with a shower room and one with a bath plus a separate shower). Also, on the ground floor, there is another bedroom with a trundle bed and also a bathroom (next to this bedroom).

The first floor is where you will find the 3 remaining bedrooms. The en-suite Master with a super king-size bed, a walk-in closet with 2 wardrobes, a bathtub with a jacuzzi, a separate shower and his and hers sinks. The other 2 bedrooms are both twin rooms and these share a bathroom.

On the 1st floor, there is a great private balcony overlooking the golf course and lake.

The Exterior:

The villa has a lovely lawned garden with a fantastic view of the lake and golf course. There is an outdoor lounge and dining area which is the perfect place for you to enjoy nice al-fresco meals, whilst keeping cool under the shade of the electric awning.

There is also a nice, fenced swimming pool for peace of mind in protecting the little ones. Around the terrace and garden, there is plenty of outdoor furniture, an outdoor WC, and a charcoal BBQ.

The Location:

Views across the golf course. Only a 15–20-minute walk to the beach and Marina with its cosmopolitan restaurants and amenities. Also just a 20-minute walk away is the Quarteira promenade/beach which is home to some popular bars and restaurants. There are lots to explore within walking distance and there are lots of other restaurants, beaches, bars, and amenities within a few minutes drive.

Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets / No groups of young adults under 23 permitted / We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only / On public holidays there is no maid service / AL – 56578 /

The Refundable Damages Deposit for this property is returned between 2 – 3 weeks after your return home, should no damage be reported by the property supplier. Any reported Damages are deducted accordingly.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 10 weeks before arrival – loss of deposit – Less than 10 weeks – No refund.
