Villa Zelia is a lovely spacious 6-bedroom holiday rental villa located on the outskirts of Boliqueime is also completely private. Also within a short drive of Albufeira and Vilamoura. All in all, the villa is decorated in a practical and comfortable way with everything you will need for a great family holiday.
The Interior:
The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and also other appliances. There is a welcoming lounge area, with the décor in neutral shades. The kitchen and dining areas are spacious and have access to the outside terrace. Therefore, making it easy to go out to the pool and also the outdoor dining area. There is air-conditioning in the lounge.
Meanwhile, there is a games area that can be found on the mezzanine above the lounge.
The villa can accommodate up to 14 people in the 6 bedrooms. There are also 6 bathrooms. There are 2 ensuite bedrooms on the 1st floor, one is a double room and the other is a twin room, both with air-conditioning. The ground floor has the remaining 4 bedrooms. Two are ensuite double bedrooms (one of which is an annex with air-conditioning). One is a twin with a bathroom opposite and the other bedroom has a double bed and also 2 single beds with an ensuite bathroom and air-conditioning. As a result, this room can accommodate 4 people.

Strictly no smoking and no pets.
No groups of young adults under 23 permitted.
We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only.
On public holidays there is no maid service.

Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. This pool doesn’t have a pool cover which will affect maintaining the heat in the pool, especially if the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water and it will be only stay a few degrees above the outside temperature. This service is provided between April and October, however, if the weather (temperatures) is not adequate to provide this service it may be declined.
The Refundable Damages Deposit for this property is returned between 2 – 3 weeks after your return home, should no damage be reported by the property supplier. Any reported Damages are deducted accordingly.
From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment.
