The kitchen is spacious and has granite countertops, quality appliances, and a large built-in oven. The kitchen also has access to the pool and a door that leads directly to the barbecue.

In total, there are 6 bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is an ensuite double, an ensuite twin, and a further twin room. On the 1st floor there is the ensuite master bedroom complete with a king bed and jacuzzi bathtub. Also on this floor is an ensuite twin bedroom. The remaining bedroom is found on the lower floor and this is an ensuite twin room.

The Exterior:

Unwind on the terrace and enjoy the palm and pine trees that offer this house a quiet, peaceful environment.
Have fun in the outdoor pool, which is approx. 9 x 5 metres and up to 1.4m deep. Beside the main pool, is a smaller pool that is only 80cm deep which is perfect for small children. The bubbling outdoor Jacuzzi with a waterfall with powerful jets is perfect for a much-deserved rest. Pool heating can be requested for an additional charge.
There is also a wooden deck with outdoor furniture, shaded by a wooden pergola with a straw roof keeping you cool on those warm Algarve afternoons. Around the pool are plenty of sun loungers as well as a large outdoor rattan table with a glass top and chairs. Next to the outdoor dining table, there is an external speaker which is connected to the house sound system. Situated, handily, by the kitchen are a built-in charcoal barbecue, a sink, and a coffee table with chairs. The outdoor jacuzzi is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
At the rear of the garden, there is a putting green and also a playground (with rubber floor) equipped with a slide, swings, and a wooden house to keep the children entertained.

The Location:

Only a 20-minute walk to the Marina with its cosmopolitan restaurants and amenities. Also, just a 20 to 25-minute walk away is the Quarteira promenade/beach which is home to some popular bars and restaurants. Just a short drive away is the extremely popular Vilamoura beach. There are lots to explore within walking distance and there are lots of other restaurants, beaches, bars, and also amenities within a few minutes drive. All in all, a great location.
