Basement – ​​Room with a double bed and private bathroom with shower; It cannot be separated.

All beds can be joined together; the request must be made before your arrival. Only the basement cannot.

All the bedrooms have air conditioning.

The Exterior:

The outdoor area of this villa has a great garden with lawn, plants, flowers, and some mature pine trees that provide a refreshing shade. The garden is even more enticing for golf lovers as it is in front of the Pinhal Golf Course, one of the best golf courses in the area.
The pool is approx. 9 x 4 meters, and has an additional small roundish pool made shallow for the small children. By the pool, there’s a wide range of outdoor equipment, from sunbeds, small table with a sofa for an evening drink to the grand outdoor table under a wooden pergola. For convenience, the table is by the charcoal BBQ, complete with a washbasin. All to help make the al-fresco experience run smoothly.
There’s a private carport with space for 2 cars inside the plot. Pool heating can be arranged at an additional cost.

The Location:

Only a 20-minute walk to the Marina with its cosmopolitan restaurants and amenities. Also, you are just a 20 to 25-minute walk away is the Quarteira promenade/beach. Quarteira promenade is home to some popular bars and restaurants. Just a short drive away is the extremely popular Vilamoura beach. There is lots to explore within walking distance plenty of restaurants, beaches, bars, etc within a few minutes’ drive.
