Villa Jacaranda

The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and equipment. It also has an island bench and a central hob. Next to the kitchen is a pantry with good storage space.

There are 6 bedrooms, a WC, and 5 bathrooms in total. On the ground floor, you will find 2 bedrooms, both are ensuite rooms with a King-Size bed. On the 1st floor, there are 3 bedrooms, one is a twin room and the other two are both ensuite rooms with a King-Size bed. The remaining bedroom is a twin room. There is also a family bathroom that services the twin bedrooms.

All the bedrooms also have air conditioning except the basement one which has a fan.

On the lower floor is a spacious games room with a central fireplace, several sofas, and armchairs. There is also a pool table and a table tennis table providing fun moments for the whole family. This floor also has a laundry room equipped with a tumble dryer and a washing machine.

The Exterior:

The Mediterranean garden with a large variety of plants and some native trees such as the pines, offer plenty of shade on hot summer days. The beautiful swimming pool of approx. 9 x 5 meters and is complemented by a small round pool, being very shallow it is suitable for the younger ones. Around the pool several sun loungers can be moved around to a sunny spot or a shade, it’s easy to get both. A practical pergola over a wooden deck provides shade and houses the outdoor dining table and seating for 10 or more people. The charcoal barbecue is just next to it and complements this area.

The Location:

Being part of the resort guests have access to resort facilities (tennis, communal pool, spa, communal pool, pool bar/restaurant).

The Encosta do Lago resort is in a fantastic location in Quinta do Lago being close to the lake/water sports centre where you will also find popular spots including The Shack and Casa do Lago.

Catering for water sports enthusiasts of all ages, there is a fabulous choice of both lake and beach activities. Windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking, and rowing are available on the lake, as well as sailing and water skiing. Other sports from the beachside area of the lake include the Aquapark, parasailing, and jet skiing, or if you want something more relaxing why not try out a pedalo boat? Also close by is the very highly regarded and state-of-the-art sports centre ‘The Campus’ which is enjoyed by athletes and sports enthusiasts of all ages and abilities. Sports include tennis, gym, Padel, swimming, cycling, exercise classes, and personal training. Please ask the team for more information. All in all, a great location.

The Villa is also close to the Boardwalk which goes from Quinta do Lago to Vale do Lobo, along the sand dunes and passing some very popular restaurants whilst taking in the beautiful scenery. You can access the boardwalk by The Shack Restaurant and along the route, the restaurants you will come across include The Shack, Casa do Lago, Gigi’s, 2 Passos, The Bold Octopus, and Julias to name a few.  Read more about the boardwalk HERE.
