Located just outside Valverde, Quinta do Lago, this beautiful holiday rental villa with an impressive pool is spacious and unique. With a very private and peaceful setting, this is a great choice for a secluded property. The property consists of the main villa and annex, and fabulous spacious gardens. This traditional Portuguese Quinta (farmhouse) has 6000m2 of landscaped gardens. A fabulous feature is the huge swimming pool that is approx. 20 x 8 metres. The property is also very secure, enclosed by a 2.5 metre-high wall to ensure privacy.
The Interior:
Set over 3 floors, the ground floor of the main villa has 2 ensuite bedrooms (both can be either a twin or a double) with access to the terrace, a large spacious living room with a gas fireplace, dining room, an office, a WC, and a large kitchen with an island which is fully equipped for 13 people.

Property Rules
Strictly no smoking and no pets.
No groups of young adults under 25 permitted.
We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only.
On public holidays there is no maid service.
Please note that the firepits are not in use.

Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. If the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder this may mean the pool heating won’t be as effective. In any case, we advise the use of the pool cover to help maximize the heat retention when the pool isn’t being used. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water.
Cancellation Policy
More then 30 days notice – Deposit only.
30 – 16 days notice – 50% of total rental cost.
15 – 8 days notice – 70% of total rental cost.
7 -arrival day – 100% of total rental cost.
