Interior:

Set over 3 levels, the property is equipped to the highest standard and offers glamour to the max. The ground floor is home to a fully equipped and modern kitchen with a utility room. Also, on this level is a stylish lounge, dining area, WC, and 5 ensuite bedrooms. On the 1st floor is the Master bedroom with a king-sized bed, and featuring a bathroom with a double shower & bath, a TV area, and access to the terrace. Also, on the 1st floor is a further ensuite bedroom also with a king-sized bed.

The villa is also equipped with Lazer TV which has lots of UK channels (including sports).

The lower floor has something for everyone! A pool table, foosball, cinema room, gym equipment, and a Turkish bath.

Exterior:

A Rolling Stones fan? – check out the pool! This unique large pool (approx. 12 x 6 metres) which can also be heated for an extra charge, is surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens. Around the pool is a huge terrace featuring a jacuzzi and plenty of sun loungers where you can top up that holiday tan. There is also a lovely, shaded dining area with a BBQ, sink, and worktop, plus a separate lounge area where you can relax and enjoy a cocktail or two!

Location:

A 30-minute walk away is popular spots such as Bovino, Casa do Lago, and The Shack at the Lake. Within a few minutes drive you also have lots of restaurants, bars, activities, and amenities to choose from.

At the lake, there are water sports for all ages and enthusiasts, with a fabulous choice of both lake and beach activities. Windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking, and rowing are available on the lake, as well as sailing and water skiing. Other sports from the beachside area of the lake include the Aquapark, parasailing, and jet skiing, or if you want something more relaxing why not try out a pedalo boat? Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets / No groups of young adults under 25 permitted / We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only / On public holidays there is no maid service / AL – 112492 / Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. If the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder this may mean the pool heating won’t be as effective. In any case, we advise the use of the pool cover to help maximize the heat retention when the pool isn’t being used. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment for your holiday.

Cancellation Policy

More then 30 days notice – Deposit only / 30 – 16 days notice – 50% of total rental cost / 15 – 8 days notice – 70% of total rental cost / 7 -arrival day – 100% of total rental cost.
