There are 9 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, sleeping 19 persons and spread over three floors of the building. The house’s original furniture has been restored, and the bedrooms also have been refurbished in a more modern style but retain the original beds, which incorporate the family coat of arms.

On the ground floor, you have:

Two double bedrooms with ensuite shower/bathrooms. Sea views and doors lead out to the terraces.

One twin bedroom, with an ensuite shower/bathroom. Sea view and doors leading out to the terraces.

One twin bedroom with a garden view and doors out to a terrace with a river view.

On the first floor, you have:

One twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom /shower room. Garden view.

One double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom /shower room. Garden view.

One twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and sitting room. Leading to a further twin bedroom with a sea view and doors leading out onto a terrace.

On the basement level you have:

One triple children’s bedroom (narrow beds) with ensuite bathroom and sitting area. Doors lead out from the sitting area onto the poolside terrace.

The house has central heating available during the winter and air-con available in the bedrooms only (excluding the basement trio bedroom).

The Exterior:

This unique property has a large Swimming pool with also fabulous views (approx. 12,5 x 5 metres, max depth is 1,40m) and there are built-in steps at the shallow end. There are extensive terraces with seating areas, dining with a BBQ and the pool has fabulous views overlooking the sea. There is a downstairs bar and a toilet that are available at the pool which also has a poolside shower.

The Location:

Casa Princesa in Ferragudo villa rental is located in the small fishing village of Ferragudo is a charming village with small, whitewashed houses nestling together in the bright sunshine. There are several simple but very good restaurants here and beautiful beaches to explore and enjoy.

Located on the Western side of the Algarve, the house is perched on the cliffs of Ferragudo. It faces West over the bay of Lagos and towards Sagres and the setting sun. The view is of the peaceful waters of the Algarve coast and yachts making their way from the marinas and fishing boats passing in front of the house.

Across the wide estuary is a distant view along Praia da Rocha beach that is well known to the many visitors to the Algarve. All in all, this is a unique villa with great views.

Also, within a few minutes drive, you also have lots of restaurants, bars, activities, and amenities to choose from.
