Casa Aqua

The spacious kitchen has been designed with the latest in technology in mind and also features an inside breakfast bar and a grill facility. The kitchen is fully equipped with 1 American fridge and 1 American fridge/freezer, 4 wine coolers, a microwave, a dishwasher, a gas oven, a steam oven, an electric oven, a large stove with gas burners, a kettle, a toaster, a juice maker and a Nespresso coffee machine.

The villa also has a fully equipped state-of-the-art gymnasium with a 100” plasma TV that has a CD/DVD player and sound system available. Next to the Gym, there is a shower room, a pool table, and a bar to create a unique and socially active space.

There is also a utility room with 3 washing machines, 3 tumble dryers, and an iron and iron board on the basement level.

Air conditioning and WiFi are also available throughout the villa. There are also fully integrated entertainment systems available.

Bedrooms:

All 8 bedrooms have ensuites ranging from shower rooms to some with baths and also shower.

In the main house, there are 5 ensuite bedrooms and there are 3 ensuite bedrooms in the guesthouse.

On the ground floor, there is an ensuite double bedroom (Bedroom 1) which has extensive views out to the sea and garden.

On the basement level, you have 4 bedrooms, all ensuite. Bedroom 2 (Gold suite) has a double bed, and bedroom 3 is an African-themed suite with a double bed. This room also has a motorized glass ceiling which opens at the touch of a button, allowing you to lie under the stars in bed. Pure romance! Bedrooms 4 and 5 both have double beds.

The other three bedrooms in the guest house are again all ensuite. Two are double bedrooms and one is a twin bedroom.

The Exterior:

To enter the property you pass through a secured gated driveway that has plenty of parking space. The covered terraces with professional gas BBQ feature magnificent dining tables. Panoramic views by day and the twinkling lights of local fishing boats by night.
Classically designed the pool is a rectangular shape, approx. 16x6m. This is an infinity pool (chlorine-free, saline system) constructed using the finest Italian Bisazza tiles shimmering in the sun. Rest awhile at the pool bar on the underwater bar stools or unwind in the poolside Jacuzzi Pool Heating is complimentary. Plenty of sunbeds are available as well as 2 double beds, one with a permanent shade. Extensive wood decking provides more than enough lounging space set in mature gardens with manicured lawns.

The villa is overlooking the ocean and the boundaries of the property are really on the edge of the cliff, so for security reasons please do not go outside the fenced area. On the edge of the cliff, there is a public narrow path so sometimes some intrepid tourists may walk pass.

This luxury holiday villa rental is not recommended for young children aged 3 or under as the villa is located at the top of a cliff overlooking the ocean and the boundaries of the property are really on the edge of the cliff, so for security reasons please do not step outside the fenced area.

The Location:

Casa Aqua is a fabulous 8 bedroom holiday rental villa located within close distance of the charming resort of Olhos d’Agua. There is a selection of restaurants, a beach, bars, and a large supermarket. The town of Albufeira is only a short drive or bus route along the coast. Nine-hole golf courses at Balaia and Pine Cliffs are close by.
Within a few minutes drive you also have lots of other restaurants, bars, activities, and amenities to choose from. All in all, a great location.
