One is inside the Windmill and the remaining seven are in the main house. This holiday rental property also boasts stunning views, 2 swimming pools, a games room, and a tennis court to keep the whole family entertained. Within a short drive of Albufeira and Vilamoura.
The Interior:
The living area consists of a lounge, a TV room, a dining room, and also a fully equipped kitchen. All are beautiful and stylish, and also with neutral décor.
The bedrooms that are in the main house on the ground floor consist of 1 double bedroom and 2 twin rooms with ensuite.
On the 1st floor, there is an ensuite double and 1 ensuite twin room and 2 other twins that share a bathroom (located on the ground floor). 2 of these twin bedrooms have low ceilings making them more suitable for children
The remaining bedroom double can be found inside the very unique windmill, and has bathroom also.

Property Rules
Strictly no smoking and no pets.
No groups of young adults under 23 permitted.
We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only.
On public holidays there is no maid service.

Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. This pool doesn’t have a pool cover which will affect maintaining the heat in the pool, especially if the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water and it will be only stay a few degrees above the outside temperature. This service is provided between April and October, however, if the weather (temperatures) is not adequate to provide this service it may be declined .
The Refundable Damages Deposit for this property is returned between 2 – 3 weeks after your return home, should no damage be reported by the property supplier. Any reported Damages are deducted accordingly.
From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment.
Cancellation Policy
Up to 10 weeks: Loss of Deposit.
Less than 10 weeks: No refund.
