Villa Silas is a spacious and pleasant 4-bedroom holiday rental villa located in a quiet and private area. Just outside Vale do Lobo and only minutes from the beach and Quinta do Lago. The outdoor space is simply wonderful and ideal for relaxing in the sun, with outdoor furniture and sun loungers provided.
The Interior:
The large kitchen is fully equipped and decorated in neutral tones. A great space for preparing a family feast. A welcoming lounge gives you comfort and relaxation with warm neutral shades. There is also a fireplace that keeps you cosy in the cooler seasons. The dining room is also nicely decorated and can seat up to 8 people.
In total there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The ground floor is home to 3 double bedrooms (one is ensuite) . On the 1st floor is an ensuite double bedroom. The villa is spacious and pleasant.

Property Rules
Strictly no smoking and no pets.
No groups of young adults under 23 permitted.
We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only.
On public holidays there is no maid service.

Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. If the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder this may mean the pool heating won’t be as effective. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water and the temperature will not exceed 4 degrees higher than the outside temperature . This service is provided between April and October. If the weather (temperatures) is not adequate to provide this service it may be declined.
The Refundable Damages Deposit for this property is returned between 2 – 3 weeks after your return home, should no damage be reported by the property supplier. Any reported Damages are deducted accordingly.
From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment.
Cancellation Policy
Up to 10 weeks: Loss of Deposit.
Less than 10 weeks: No refund.
