THE INTERIOR:

A lovely apartment that has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The property has a homely open plan setting, featuring a modern well-equipped kitchen. By the kitchen is the lounge and dining area that overlooks the gardens of the resort. There is an ensuite bedroom with a king-size bed and an ensuite shower room. From this bedroom is the balcony where you can sit, relax and enjoy the views.

THE EXTERIOR:

São Lourenço Village Resort is a hidden gem with a fabulous golf course. The resort is encircled by the beautiful Sao Lourenco golf course with views across the fairways and lakes. The village is perfectly presented and very well-managed with beautiful gardens, a communal pool, Putting Golf Green and tennis courts. The golf clubhouse is a great place for dining whether it’s for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

LOCATION:

Located off the 6th roundabout in Quinta do Lago, São Lourenço Village Resort is a hidden gem. The boardwalk is just a 20-minute walk away and this takes you along the sand dunes of the Ria Formosa (Nature reserve) and access to some fabulous restaurants. Quinta do Lago beach is only a 25-minute walk which is home to Gigi’s beachside restaurant. Also, you are just a 15-minute walk away to popular spots such as Bovino, Casa do Lago, and The Shack at the Lake.

Catering for water sports enthusiasts of all ages, there is a fabulous choice of both lake and beach activities. Windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking, and rowing are available on the lake, as well as sailing and water skiing. Other sports from the beachside area of the lake include the Aquapark, parasailing, jet-skiing, or if you want something more relaxing, why not try out a pedalo boat. No groups of young adults under 23 are permitted.

On public holidays there is no maid service.

The Refundable Damages Deposit for this property is returned a maximum 30 days after your return home, should no damage be reported by the property supplier. Any reported Damages are deducted accordingly.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 14 days before arrival along with the refundable damages deposit.
