All in all, Ferragudo is also well known for some great coastal walks from the village, along to Praia Grande, another favourite is the walk along the cliff to the lighthouse. This is heading towards Carvoeiro passing the small cove beaches of Praia do Molhe, Pintadinho, and Caneiros. Being cove beaches they pretty much disappear at high tide.
