These one-bedroom apartments are located in the extremely popular and exclusive Encosta do Lago resort in Quinta do Lago. The resort includes free access to the onsite facilities including the huge communal pool, Sauna, Turkish bath, Gym, Tennis courts, poolside snack bar, and also the highly regarded Tucanos restaurant.

The Interior:

The one-bedroom apartments in Encosta do Lago are located on the 1st floor (stair access) and are finished to a high standard, each having the same or similar décor to the photos. The property has a lounge, dining area, kitchen, WC, and also a double ensuite bedroom. The bedroom can be made up as a twin if preferred.

The Exterior:

The property also features a large balcony/terrace area, ideal for relaxing with a book whilst topping up your tan!

Location:

The Encosta do Lago resort is in a fantastic location in Quinta do Lago being close to the lake/water sports centre where you will also find popular spots including The Shack and also Casa do Lago.

Catering for water sports enthusiasts of all ages, there is a fabulous choice of both lake and beach activities. Windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking, and also rowing are available on the lake, as well as sailing and water skiing. Other sports from the beachside area of the lake include the Aquapark, parasailing, and jet-skiing, or if you want something more relaxing, why not try out a pedalo boat.

By the lake and The Shack you can also access the Boardwalk which goes from Quinta do Lago to Vale do Lobo, along the sand dunes and passing some very popular restaurants. Also close by is the very highly regarded and state of the art sports centre ‘The Campus’. Enjoyed by athletes and sports enthusiasts of all ages and abilities. Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets.

No groups of young adults under 25 permitted.

We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here.

The information provided is a guideline only.

On public holidays there is no maid service.

Maid service is provided for stays of 7 nights or more.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is payable at reception.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 75 days prior to arrival – no cancellation fee.

Between 74 & 60 days prior to arrival – 50% of total stay will be charged.

Between 59 & 45 days prior to arrival – 75% of total stay will be charged.

Less than 45 days – 100% of total stay will be charged.

No show – 100% of total stay will be charged.
